Work Schedule:

40 - 70 hours per week, weekends possible, weather permitting; seasonal work; no benefits

Description of Duties:

Marking and creating GPS coordinates for Mt. Pine Beetle infested trees in Lawrence County; Administration of seasonal cutting crews

Experience/Education:

Experience desired.  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  He/she must be capable of obtaining a South Dakota Drivers license.  Be able to do considerable walking and work in inclement weather. Have excellent communication skills; work well with a team; have exceptional organizational skills.

Additional Information:

Experience operating ATV and snowmobile and know how to operate a manual transmission and tow a trailer.  Able to work outside all day. Able to keep detailed records. Able to proficiently use a GPS unit.
